Mixed greens, garlic croutons, shaved parmesan; house vinaigrette then chose your entree

• Fresh mesquite grilled organic salmon served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes
• House made pasta stuffed with ricotta, gorgonzola, provolone and parmesan cheeses; asparagus-cream sauce
• One-half chicken cooked on a mesquite rotisserie, prepared with a delicious demi-glace; served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Put together a team for the Cooking Challenge!

Grab a couple of friends and co-workers who love to cook and sign-up for the Cooking Challenge. Your team (up to four people) will be partnered with a student in the HTRM program and you will create your favorite South American entree the night of the event. The creations will be judged and the winning team presented with the coveted Golden Spatula AND the student will receive a $250 scholarship.
